Delivery issues. You confirmed my order on 27/12, but I still ain't got my coffee as of 3/01. Now I'm getting this review request. I bet you went with Evri for the shipping!

I ordered some Blue Mountain coffee. The delivery was fine, but I just couldn’t brew a decent cup from it.

I reached out to York Emporium, and their response was pretty disheartening. They said, 'This is the only time we’ve heard this kind of feedback about this coffee, which makes us question the validity of your comments.'

Honestly, I was let down by the coffee, but their customer service was what really shocked me. I won’t be recommending them at all.

It would’ve been more reasonable if they had suggested I return the coffee instead of brushing off my complaint just because it was the first time they’d heard it.

This is the best coffee for miles! I even shipped some to my folks in Scotland since it’s their favorite as well!

As a loyal shopper, I gotta say, the coffee beans show up fast and have that fresh-roasted aroma like they just came out of the roaster moments ago.

Fantastic service! This coffee has a delightful dark richness. It’s not the strongest I’ve ever tasted, and I might not buy it again. Feels a tad expensive for the potency. Still, it’s a really enjoyable drink with a broad range of flavors. Happy I gave it a shot.
